Delivering trusted, expert advice to guide you through your most critical challenges
About Us
Collins Pitt provides independent, expert guidance to address an organisation’s most significant challenges. These situations range from a discrete commercial or operational issue to a full transformation, business exit or restructure. We are engaged by key stakeholders including business owners, financial investors, executives and Boards and use a combination of strategic, financial, management and operational solutions as required.
Our Partners deliver direct and succinct advice, tackling complex issues efficiently, prioritising action over lengthy reviews or reports.
Our Services
Strategic and commercial advice
We provide sharp, practical strategic and commercial advice without the corporate fluff. No overcomplicated frameworks, no bloated reports - just clear insights, options and actionable solutions.
Operations and management
We work with executives to resolve operational or financial underperformance, cash and working capital issues. When it makes sense, we take hands on roles, or work with external experts to drive change.
Deal and business transition advice
Often our work involves helping private businesses to stabilise and grow. As an extension to this, we have deep experience in developing and implementing transition plans – either to new management and governance structures, or a partial or total sale. We also provide clear, long-term, practical succession planning, balancing financial and non-financial outcomes.
Restructuring and turnaround
Our leaders have been involved in some of our region’s most significant restructures and turnarounds in the last few decades. We understand the stakeholder and funding landscape, the underlying business and industry issues and the holistic solutions that are required.
